Axley & Rode, LLP, and Ken Smith, Casper & Associates, CPAs announced the merger of the two local certified public accounting firms effective January 1, 2022. Axley & Rode is proud to unite with them under the Axley & Rode, LLP name.

Founded in 1964, Ken Smith, Casper & Associates, CPAs provides accounting, tax preparation, business consulting, and tax and estate planning services to a wide range of East Texas clients, focusing on healthcare as well as real estate. All Ken Smith, Casper & Associates, CPAs team members, including three CPAs, will join the firm.
